Maybelline Baby Lips are heeerreeee

From my blog name you can probably tell that I am a maybelline fan.
So when I heard Maybelline baby lips where coming over to the UK  & being stocked in Boots, I immediately signed myself up for an email alert for when they hit there stores.

Maybelline baby lips have been in the USA for years & I have Longfully watched American bloggers & vloggers rave about these lip balms.
The day has now come, baby lips are in the UK!

I only received these lip balms this morning, so this ain't so much of a review but more of a first impressions post.


  There are six baby lips to choose from

  1. Hydrate
  2. Intense care
  3. Refreshen
  4. Pink Punch
  5. Peach Kiss
  6. Cherry Me

I opted for the last three because unlike the top three they have slight colour pay off.
  • Cherry Me - Dark cherry pink in the tube & when applied has a nice amount of colour pay off. Smells just like the sweeties 'cherry drops' mmm.
  • Pink Punch - A bright barbie pink shade in the tube & when applied has a nice colour pay off, with a tropical scent.
  • Peach kiss - A golden peachy shade in the tube & when applied has an almost iridescent look with a peach scent. This has the least colour pay off out of the three.

All three lip balms have a nice scent to them, although they are quite artificial in scent but that is what I expected. The scent does last for about an hour when applied to the lips.


All have a nice amount of colour pay off for a lip balm. Easily applied to the lips, making them feel very soft.

I'm unsure if the baby lips will take the place of my much loved Nivea Lip Butters for moisturising my lips, but for the fact that they have a nice colour pay off I will definitely enjoy using Maybelline baby lips.

    I love the babylips! It's so strange that after all the hype they got in North America they've only just launched in the UK! I bought the Cherry Me babylips when I was in Canada and love it: the colour, the scent... the packaging is a bit rubbish, making them look like a 13-year-old girl's lipbalm, but the product is amazing!

    Wow I didn't know UK was deprived of BabyLips for so long! We have them here in Australia, but the packaging's completely different. I only have the untinted ones, but they're awesome!
