Mavala have released some super Christmassy packaged polishes this year, one being the 'A Cracking Duo'*. The set is available in 5 different colours, all with 5ml of polish & presented in a festive like cracker box, super cute!
My duo contains the shades Vegas Pink & Vertigo Red.
Vegas Pink is a bold fuchsia pink, that covers the nail beautifully with one coat, but the beautician in me just can't let that be so I have to apply two & the colour is flawlessly opaque. As this is a christmas themed set, I wouldn't have thought a fuchsia pink would be a festive colour but I guess all girls like pink & it's a nice shade none the less.

Vertigo Red has constantly been on my nails since I received this duo set over two weeks ago. It is a stunning deep berry shade with a slight metallic sheen to it so the Perfect shade for Christmas time. I receive so many compliments from friends & even strangers when I'm wearing 'Vertigo Red', everyone wants to know what's the brand? What's the colours name? It's definitely a crowd pleaser & so am sure any woman would be happy to wear this shade. Again like Vegas Pink this shade glides beautifully onto the nail & after two coats has a lovely even glossy finish.
For £9 this duo makes such a great stocking filler for Christmas, with its cute Christmassy packaging & beautiful shades. I know I would be very happy to see this in my stocking on Christmas morning.
Mavala nail colours are toluene, formaldehyde, DBP, collophane, paraben, camphor, animal ingredient and heavy metal free.

Love the middle colour! This is such a good stocking filler. I've never tried a mavala polish before but I got one in my boots advent calander the other day. Even more excited to try it now!xx
